I recommend that combat mod for new players who ask for a combat mod.

Personally I would go for the Fair Magicka Regen mod which gives you a really small Magicka Regen depending on your Willpower and leave the overall combat vanilla. Magicka should be the hardest bar to recover but with this mod you can cast spells non-stop.
